KARIMJEE JIVANJEE FOUNDATION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR APPLICANTS SEEKING SCHOLARSHIPS

Karimjee Jivanjee Foundation is committed to creating a bright future for young Tanzanians through education and empowerment. The Foundation’s vision is to develop the next generation of leaders; the change makers and innovators, that have the potential to change Tanzania and the world.

Our Scholarship Programme is the core initiative of the Karimjee Jivanjee Foundation. Now in its 15th year, it has made a tangible difference to the lives of many young Tanzanians.

Each year, KJF awards scholarships to Tanzanian citizens to pursue degrees in Tanzania. Scholarships are granted to students who have achieved outstanding academic results in their previous studies and who do not have the means to pay for their higher education. Priority is given to female applicants and to people living with disabilities. The field of study must demonstrate a socio-economic benefit to Tanzania.
